The 13th View offers a private room with its own bar, seating for up to 40 and a quiet, comfortable atmosphere. Catering from Don’s Kitchen can be arranged to suit your needs, from tea and sandwiches to a fuller menu. We work with you on timing, layout and anything else that helps the day go smoothly.

What's included?

Each wake package includes the use of our private function space, catering, and any audiovisual facilities available in the room. Our team will take care of set-up and pack-down so you can focus on being with loved ones. We can also assist with photo displays, memory slideshows, or gentle background music to create a comforting atmosphere.

We offer a range of Packages to suit different needs and budgets. Our team will provide a clear, itemised quote and help you choose what feels right for your family, with no pressure or hidden costs.

What do we need to bring?

You’re welcome to bring photos, memorabilia, or special items that celebrate your loved one’s life. If you’d like to display these, we’ll assist with setting them up respectfully.

Will we have a dedicated contact on the day?

Yes. A member of our team will be there throughout the Function to ensure everything runs smoothly and to support you with any needs.

Getting here and parking

Midlands is at 330 Heinz Lane, Invermay Park, with direct access from the Western Freeway and a few minutes from Ballarat CBD. 220 car parks available on site.

The 13th View (private, enclosed, own bar, seats up to 40). The Terrace (larger gatherings, partitionable, warm and light-filled).

The 13th View

An enclosed, self-contained room with a dedicated bar, audio, screens and a warm, modern fit-out. Ideal for private functions, celebrations and corporate gatherings of up to 40 seated or 70 standing.

The Terrace

A brand new covered terrace with natural light, a fireplace, large screens and views across the golf course. Flexible enough for a casual meal, a private function, or a corporate event with room to move.

The Members Lounge

One of the most generous rooms at the club. Plenty of room between tables, members memorabilia along the walls, big TV screens for the games, and direct access to the main bar. The course is right there through the windows.
