Each package includes the function space, catering, bar, and AV where the room has it. The team handles set-up, run sheet management and pack-down. Tailored packages can include extras like guest speakers, golf, barefoot bowls, music or live entertainment.
Costs depend on the space, the number of guests and what you choose to add. For groups, packages range from Half-Day Essentials to Full-Day Deluxe (corporate). Barefoot Bowls starts from $10 per person. The team will put a quote together once we know the basics.
Yes. Packages give you a starting structure but every group runs differently. The team will work with you on start and finish times, the order of the day, and any specific moments you want to include.
For most events, just yourselves and any decorations or personal touches you’d like. Bowls equipment is provided for barefoot bowls. AV is available in the rooms set up for it, screens, microphones, projectors. If you want to bring something specific, just let the team know in advance.
Yes. Once your booking’s confirmed, a dedicated event staff member runs point through planning and on the day. The same person you talk to during set-up is the same person sorting things during the event.
Midlands is at 330 Heinz Lane, Invermay Park, with direct access from the Western Freeway and a few minutes from Ballarat CBD. 220 car parks available on site.
The bowls greens are outdoor but the clubhouse is right next to them, so food, drinks and shelter are always close. For events booked outdoors, indoor backup options are available in The Terrace, The 13th View or Sports Bar depending on the size of your group.
